Key responsibilities for my time at Kent have included:
- Convening the first year undergraduate Introduction to Management module (~500 students),
- Convening the final year undergraduate critical management studies module Contemporary Management Challenges (~50 students),
- Convening the Employment Relations module on the Msc HRM program (~30 students).
- Co-convening the research project module for Stage 3 students.
- Director of Studies of the BSc Management programme since 2020.
- Associate Dean of Education and Undergraduate Student Experience (Interim) since 2020.

Taught both lectures and seminars at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Experience on large, team-taught “Introduction to Management and Organization” courses as well as smaller final year courses like “Transformational Leadership: Work, Industry and Society”.
